- Process and track all of the forms and petitions for the School of Education.
- Advise students on the proper procedures for submitting forms.
- Assist with incoming transfer students by managing the processing of newly accepted transfer students and maintain contact with admissions for student materials.
- Assist with keying transfer courses into the UIS and notifying advisors of new advisees secure appropriate paperwork, including student folders from previous school through OnBase and a University transcript.
- Assist with scanning and uploading student files and paperwork into the OnBase system and ensure transfer credits are keyed into UIS.
- Generate Transfer evaluations for appropriate students, produce cover letters for Deans Signature and maintain log of transfer credits for Dean.
- Assist in properly coding academic activities.
- Attend and report to Student Records Manager on the OUR undergraduate workflow meetings on new or changing policies and procedures.
- Provide appropriate referrals to students, parents, administrators, faculty and staff regarding policies, internal operating procedures and SED and University rules and regulations.
- Produce various reports and status listings as requested by SED Deans, departments and staff.
- Supervise mailings regarding registration and graduation Uphold FERPA regulations and rules.
- Coordinate semester scheduling and revisions with department coordinators
- Assist with Graduation and all the intricate processes.
- Coordinate training, supervision, and schedules of four to seven work-study employees in Student Records each semester.

- Associate's degree, B.A./B.S. preferred.
