SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: A national leader in the Collegiate Recovery Movement, the StepUP Program helps students champion lives of recovery, achieve academic success, and thrive in a community of accountability and support. Founded in 1997, the StepUP Program remains the largest residential collegiate community of sober students in the nation. The recruitment and outreach coordinator will be responsible for working with the program director and Admissions to develop and execute the recruitment strategy to increase enrollment in the StepUP program.
