Job Purposes::

Required Qualifications::

• Bachelor's degree in Computer-related field and 2 years of professional experience in Information Technology, OR 6 years of professional experience in an information technology support role.
• A+ Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and correctly and to provide concise documentation.
• Knowledge of ITSM workflows
• Demonstrated excellent customer service attitude and abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Active Directory experience in an enterprise setting

Preferred Qualifications::

• JAMF, SCCM and Active Directory experience
• ITIL and LEAN-IT knowledge and experience
