Job Purposes::
Manage, deploy, and support workstations for Wright State faculty and staff. Provide tier 2 support workstation, software and hardware, ensuring functionality, network connectivity and security. Test and document new processes for deployment and support of workstation
Required Qualifications::
- Bachelor's degree in Computer-related field and 2 years of professional experience in Information Technology, OR 6 years of professional experience in an information technology support role.
- A+ Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and correctly and to provide concise documentation.
- Knowledge of ITSM workflows
- Demonstrated excellent customer service attitude and abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Active Directory experience in an enterprise setting
Preferred Qualifications::
- JAMF, SCCM and Active Directory experience
- ITIL and LEAN-IT knowledge and experience
Essential Functions and percent of time::

Provide 2nd tier Incident Resolution and Request Fulfillment for faculty, student, and staff workstations. Respond to Incidents to provide problem resolution when 1st level support is unable to resolve the issue. Fulfill Requests from end-users for OS and application updates, changes and moves, and other assistance with business computing needs.
