Patient Experience Representative (e/o wkend/holiday 3pm-11:30pm)

Please note that the schedule is every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and every other holiday.
The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments or procedures
- Receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for admissions
- Collecting, verifying, and recording required information
- Obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments/admissions and entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems
- Answering, screening and routing telephone calls
- Performing general office support tasks such as opening and sorting mail, ordering supplies and maintaining logs & records
To qualify, you must have:
- High school level education
- 0 - 1 years of previous work experience
- Ability to interpret data and take appropriate action
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
