Visiting Assistant Professor of Physical Chemistry
The Chemistry Department invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in physical chemistry beginning July 1, 2022. The teaching load for the position is five courses, including laboratories. Teaching responsibilities will include courses and laboratories in physical chemistry, and possibly introductory chemistry, an integrated majors lab course, or an advanced course in the candidate's area of expertise. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to mentor student research projects. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Chemistry and be committed to undergraduate education and demonstrate excellence, or the potential for excellence, in teaching undergraduates.
