Position Purpose: The Campus Visit Coordinator supports undergraduate admission in the coordination of a thriving campus visit program at Aurora University. Responsibilities include planning all individual and group camp visits as well as supporting select admission recruitment events for the University. Position also supervises the Spartan Ambassador admission team.

Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinates and organizes all on-campus visits, including pre- and post-visit communication, and tailors the campus visit to meet the expressed needs of the student.
- Monitors the individual campus visit form and updates as necessary, creates agendas for visits, and provides visit reports as needed.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises Spartan Ambassadors to ensure that they are providing high-quality customer service in all prospective student and parent interactions. This includes working at the front desk reception area, taking incoming calls, providing campus tours, and executing other recruitment projects as required.
- Leads on-campus enrollment event planning and works as a liaison between directors and enrollment operations.
- Maintains the admission@aurora.edu email account, updates admission database, and assists in enrollment office functions.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Related experience required; experience in higher education is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, customer-service, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students and to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, staff, administrators, students, and the general public.
- Slate CRM experience preferred.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move about campus.
