Position Purpose: The Director of Enrollment for Woodstock Center is responsible for recruiting and assisting degree completion and graduate students throughout the enrollment process. This position is responsible for generating new student inquiries, guiding students through the application process, and assisting with registrations.

- Supports learning through performance of essential job functions and performing other duties and functions as necessary or as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serves as a member of the enrollment management team.
- Directs all enrollment operations at Woodstock Center.
- Serves in a leadership capacity and as a mentor for all enrollment employees at Woodstock Center.
- Actively recommends and executes strategies for recruitment and retention of degree completion and graduate students.
- Oversees all efforts in developing partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and organizations in the region for all programs at Woodstock Center.
- Contributes and collaborates with departmental staff and other university departments in the creation of recruiting and marketing materials.
- Manages recruiting events and travel based on past data and trends, including but not limited to community college visits, college fairs, corporate events, open houses, and information sessions.
- Supports all online degree completion and graduate enrollment initiatives.
- Works with deans and directors of the schools and colleges to set general education and class schedule in all degree completion programs.
- Assists with communication between academic deans and the Office of Admission.
- Performs other functions as necessary and/or as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in higher education.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Mircosoft office applications; knowledge of student information systems database, CRM, and related computer applications; Slate and Datatel/Colleague knowledge a plus.
Special Requirements:
- Some evening and Saturday hours required.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move about campuses and other locations.
- Ability to interact via telephone, in person, and via electronic media.
