General Description:

This position functions as the person responsible for ensuring timely, efficient and proper contract(agreements and M.O.U) management processes. Utilizing existing software, this position helps oversees which MOU's our proposed, reviewed, accepted and implemented within Illinois Tech workflows. This position will also serve as a strategic support role for our Global Affairs Overseas Offices to help execute the University's globalization and enrollment strategy

Position Category: Full Time

Education & Experience:

Masters degree in relevant field preferred; Bachelors degree required

2-4 years of experience in international relations/collaboration and/or international admissions or relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills:

An understanding of the core principles of marketing to international students, international collaborations, and international admissions highly desired;
Supervisory experience preferred;
Superior interpersonal, cross-cultural communications and public speaking skills;
Outstanding organizational, technical, analytical and project management skills with demonstrated attention to detail required;

Ability to organize and implement changes in fast-paced environment
Team player, Entrepreneurial, flexible, agile, innovative in problem solving tactics
