General Description:

The Senior Assistant Director or Assistant Director of International Admissions assists and helps oversea with all aspects of international applicants and day-to-day engagement activities, including the coordination and implementation of international applications processes, event participation(virtual/in-person), individual applicant engagement and data reporting

This position will manage a team of International Admission Advisors and help implement day-to-day operations as it relates to application completion, admission decision making, project prioritization and reporting. This position will also have strong command of admissions systems and understanding of changing international admissions priorities

Position Category: Full Time

Education & Experience:

Master's degree, or bachelor's degree with relevant experience;

Three to Five years of demonstrated experience at a public or not-for-profit university, college, credential evaluation service or government program preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

An understanding of the core principles of marketing to international students, international recruiting, and international admissions required;
Superior communication and public speaking skills;
Supervisory experience preferred;
Superior interpersonal, cross-cultural communications and public speaking skills;
Outstanding organizational, technical, analytical and project management skills with demonstrated attention to detail required;

Ability to organize and implement changes in fast-paced environment
Team player, Entrepreneurial, flexible, agile, innovative in problem solving tactics
