Job Purposes::
Required Qualifications::
- Bachelor's degree and three years of full-time related work experience OR, an Associate's degree and four years of full-time related work experience OR, a high school diploma and six years of full-time work-related experience.
- Integrity and judgement necessary to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient with a variety of software programs including MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate changes/needs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications::
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Experience with web development and/or graphic design.
- Experience in writing, editing and budget management.
Essential Functions and percent of time::
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Human Resources training and development programs to include: scheduling of speakers/facilitators/attendees, advertisement and marketing of the programs, collection and analysis of survey feedback, payment of any applicable invoices and coordination of catering at events, when appropriate.
- Manages the compliance and communication regarding required new employee training.
- Coordinates and facilitates New Employee Orientation.
- Responsible for the review and maintenance of the HR website. Works in conjunction with personnel in Marketing to update and organize information consistent with general web design and HR best practices.
- Maintains Staff handbook style and content with attention to accuracy of information as well as customer ease of use.
- Responsible for proofing, designing and distributing general HR communications. Works with Benefits team and other stakeholders within HR to ensure consistent messaging and timing.
