Oversees and manages allegations of research misconduct, financial conflicts of interest in research and the Research Export Controls Compliance Program, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.

Four (4) years of experience in the area of research administration, compliance, auditing, or law, or performing related duties, or

Two (2) years of the required experience with a Master's Degree from an accredited University.

Use of standard office equipment, especially Microsoft suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalent email system.

Demonstrated experience in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing projects. Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience working effectively with personnel, government and members of the research community at large. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in developing and conducting training in compliance and integrity. Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations.

Master's Degree from an accredited University. Export Compliance Professional (ECOP) Accreditation. Experience in higher education environment and/or in research compliance. Experience with Visual Compliance or similar denied party screening system.

Needs to be able to successfully perform all required duties. Office Environment; some travel and weekend work maybe required. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
