Office Assistant, Wellin Museum of Art
The Ruth and Elmer Wellin Museum Office Assistant provides a broad range of administrative and programmatic support to the museum staff.Responsibilities:General Operating and Staff SupportMaintains and ensures accuracy of internal museum calendars. Responsible for the organization and inventory of communal storage areas and ensures office and kitchen supplies and equipment are stocked (front office, kitchen, basement lobby, MPL printer). Provides a broad range of support to staff as needed. Sorts and delivers daily mail to appropriate staff members and assists staff with all outgoing mailings (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Point person for print shop orders and pickup. Makes travel arrangements for staff (lodging, car rental/service, flights, train, etc
