Position Summary To clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen and serving equipment, and related work areas by utilizing and operating appropriate equipment; sweeps, mops, sanitizes floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards; empties waste baskets, trash cans, boxes,and containers; may assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation.    Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills Casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods is necessary. Willingness to work a flexible shift is necessary. Frequent lifting of over 75 pounds is required.
