The Project Manager, Facilities and College Safety is responsible for project planning and management of the timeline/work effort, scope, resourcing, including labor, equipment, and supplies, budget, vendor management, status updates and reporting for projects led by the Departments of Facilities and College Safety.  He/she will be responsible for project completion on time and on budget.  Duties include project tracking and management over Administrative, Construction, Custodial and Office Services initiatives and daily operations.   Responsible for directing and standardizing the use of Microsoft Project management            software.           Leads the development of project scope, budget, and time line, and obtains necessary    approvals.
