Biospecimen Core Coordinator (Research Associate II)
POSITION SUMMARY The Buck Institute for Research on Aging is seeking a highly motivated Biospecimen Core Coordinator for the Senescence Network (SenNet) Tissue Mapping Center. This individual will coordinate receipt, storage and distribution of de-identified human tissue and biofluid (including but not limited to: ovary, breast, skeletal muscle, follicular fluid, plasma and urine) through the Biospecimen Core, directed by Drs. Francesca Duncan and Chris Benz. In addition to managing a large frozen tissue inventory, this individual will be involved in tissue processing, culture, analysis and facilitating work with other Cores.
