Research Fellow - Brown Lab
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) remains the most common leukemia of adults and is incurable.??Several novel therapies have substantially altered the treatment landscape for CLL, and studying the mechanisms of their activity, toxicity and resistance is of great interest.?? Our lab focuses on CLL, somatic and germline genomics of CLL and the mechanisms of these targeted therapies in CLL.?? This position will focus on genomic analysis of both somatic resistance mutations and germline variants associated with CLL, from the standpoint of informatics.?? The successful candidate must be skilled in bioinformatics and coding, and will be expected to perform the primary analysis of the raw genomic data from these multiple studies.?? Validation of identified candidate genes at the bench is
