The USC School of Pharmacy Office of Professional Experience Programs is seeking applications for an IPPE Coordinator responsible for the following duties:
Under the supervision of the Director of experiential programs and Director of IPPE Programs, coordinate IPPE rotations
Set up, collect and coordinate IPPE availabilities from preceptors
Match placements and reassignments
Provide training and address student and preceptor issues with IPPE program needs
Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between students, preceptors and the School of Pharmacy community
Contribute to the assessment of student, preceptor and site performance and address concerns with all parties in a timely manner
Assist with the implementation of IPPE honors and certification
Train new users of experiential program platforms
Maintain and update student and preceptor information in databases
Oversee the completion of onboarding requirements, including the verification of intern licensure and eligibility
Provide reports from experiential databases
Participate in scholarly activities, such as data collection and analysis support
Preferred Education: Bachelorâs degree
Preferred Field of Expertise: directly related professional experience in experiential programs for PharmD programs or other health professional degree. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, detail-oriented, time-management skills, ability to multitask, problem solve and work closely with other team members are a must.
Preferred Experience: using Blackboard, Salesforce, Form Assembly, E*Value, Adobe Acrobat, Qualtrics, REDCap, DocuSign, Google forms, Microsoft Office.Â
