This Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:
Scheduling appointments or procedures.
Receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for admissions.
Collecting, verifying, and recording required information.
Obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments/admissions and entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems.
Answering, screening and routing telephone calls and Patient Call Lights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Performing general office support tasks such as opening and sorting mail, ordering supplies and maintaining logs & records
To qualify, you must have:
A high school level education. Associates Preferred
0-1 years of previous work experience.
The ability to interpret data and take appropriate action.
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday- 10AM-8:30PM) with a rotational holiday requirement.
Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.
