The Enterprise Director of Respiratory Services will be responsible for financial management, strategic planning, administration, and external relations for the UKHC Enterprise Respiratory Services at Chandler, KY Children's Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. This position will provide administrative, human resources, financial, and marketing leadership; direct financial business case development with capital and operating budgets for the UKHC Enterprise Respiratory Services, ensuring accountability for the overall financial portfolio; manage the development of the strategic plan for the UKHC Enterprise Respiratory Services, including coordination of delivery of clinical care services in conjunction with the Chief Administrative Officer and the Chief Medical Officer; and represent Respiratory service areas through inter-departmental collaboration, as well as external relationships.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
KY Board for Respiratory Care license (Respiratory Practitioner License) and Registry from National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT)
Hospital operations experience, at least five of which were at a supervisor or manager level of leadership.
