Provide career development services to undergraduate students at Questrom School of Business students, through individual advising/coaching, workshops and internship programs. Participate in the planning, development and implementation of strategies to promote Undergraduate Academic and Career Development Center (UDC), Feld Career Center (FCC), and Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, services and activities. The Questrom School of Business believes that the cultural and social diversity of our faculty, staff, and students is vitally important to the distinction and excellence of our research and academic programs. B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Demonstrated ability to speak and present in a classroom environment
3-5 years of experience in career counseling
Some weekends and evening work will be required
