Wytheville Community College (WCC) at the Crossroads Institute is looking for a Front Desk Support /Advisor position. This position will be required to work at the Crossroads Institute at Galax. The position has the following responsibilities: Advising students/potential students about WCC programs and offerings; Providing students and guests with direct contact of WCC staff who can provide services; Answering the main telephone; Providing administrative support and technical assistance to students, employees, and community patrons through coordinating the day to day activities of WCC Crossroads Institute; Providing excellent customer service; and Other duties that may be assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; Excellent customer service skills; The ability to multi-task; Excellent computer skills; and Excellent oral and written communication skills
