Call center position requiring good customer service. Able to answer a multiline phone system and triage calls app ropriately. Attendance must be punctual and reliable. Must be able to professionally answer calls and use good judgment in triaging, i.e., handle call persona lly, need to transfer to correct staff/physician to handle call, need to take message and call back with information. Other duties will be following up on information needed from outside offices and other duties as required to assist call center and clerical staff. Training will be given in our telephone system and database. Excellent phone skills and data entry required.
