The Pulmonary Division at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) is committed to improving the care and health outcomes among disadvantaged populations locally and globally. We are seeking an experienced individual who is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who has the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with demanding timeframes in this dynamic division. The Administrative Analyst will report to and be responsible for performing and managing administrative services for three early career investigators and specifically support for a new multi-center research project on childhood adversity and health.
Some specific tasks include: * Manage scheduling for 3 early career investigators in the ZSFG Pulmonary Division * Manage reimbursements via MyExpense * Manage purchasing through BearBuy * Plan and support travel arrangements * Set up and support the management of the investigators' websites for research studies * Create an onboarding packet for new hires and ensure that onboarding packet stays up to date * Updating internal listservs and mailing lists * Supporting grant applications for the investigators, including drafting and tracking appropriate correspondence * Support new staff onboarding - requesting Information Technology Services (ITS) account setup (email and shared drive access), registering new hires for orientations at UCSF and ZSFG. Maintaining a database of new hires for records purposes.
Please note: This is a full-time 1-year limited appointment. The funding for the position is "one time" funding for 18 months maximum.
