Facilitates and collaborates with management on the design and planning infrastructure renewal. Applies extensive knowledge of buildings, infrastructure, policies, and procedures. In addition, may mentor and train peers and supporting staff members. May supervise lower-level professional or support staff (for less than 2.0 FTE).
