The Staff Research Associate II (SRA II) will assist the Principal Investigator in research that focuses on frontotemporal dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and related disorders. Projects will include structural and functional neuroimaging studies of neural networks targeted by degenerative disease. Additional work may include studies regarding the neuropathology of dementia, with a focus on computational image analysis.
The SRA II's duties may include, but will not be limited to supporting the neuroimaging studies by performing image preprocessing and supervised analyses; applying advanced data science methods to image analysis; developing code to manage workflows; managing and reporting on study results; creating, cleaning, updating, and managing databases and comprehensive datasets and reports; overseeing study data integrity; reporting study progress to research team; supervised programming to meet experiment-specific needs.
