The Division Analyst uses skills as an administrative professional to manage and provide support to our Medical Education program as well as provide administrative support to faculty in the division of Cardiology and Pulmonary at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG).
This Division Analyst will assist both divisions and serve as Medical Education coordinator which includes but not limited to supporting the elective directors with course logistics, onboarding/offboarding medical students and fellows, general IT support, fellow moonlighting payments, and EPIC access. In addition, the individual will provide general administrative and faculty support that includes faculty reimbursements, BearBuy purchasing, polling and data collection, OPPE Reports, and Phycisian time surveys. Lastly, the Division Analyst will provide backup operational support for both divisions.
They must be able to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining critical attention to detail. As such, the individual must be diligent, accurate, efficient, and have a strong work-ethic. They must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, independently analyze issues, work with a moderate level of autonomy, and be exceedingly well-organized and flexible. The position reports to the Division Manager. The Division Analyst will need to be flexible and have the ability to perform a variety of duties to address unmet needs and identify future needs. Must demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
