The Program Manager will support the daily administrative operations of the UCSF Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Portal (CAPP), a child psychiatry access program modeled after similar statewide programs, as well as execute the strategic plan. The Program Manager will be critical to the successful growth of the program by supervising staff and collaboratively working with the medical director to secure external funds. The Program Manager will support the management and oversight of internal operations including budget and grants, IT, facilities, HR. Management of the program includes managing internal operations and staff, as well as managing relationships and public relations throughout the UCSF health system, and with multiple external constituents and stakeholders, including insurers, county and other governmental health plans, county mental health systems, federally qualified health center networks, academic and community pediatric clinic networks, pediatric clinical and advocacy organizations, government agencies, educational, social services, and juvenile justice agencies, and other interested parties.
