The Communications Specialist will develop, implement, and oversee Benioff Homelessness and Housing Initiative's (BHHI) strategic communications components, including defining communication goals, objectives, and priorities. Reporting to the BHHI leadership team, the Communications Specialist will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to enhance and broaden the impact of BHHI's research, policy recommendations, and educational efforts. The Communications Specialist will also work closely with the BHHI Communications and Special Projects Manager as it relates to the website and other digital communication efforts. The individual will work within the guidelines and under the guidance of the UCSF Office of Communications, and will work within UCSF branding and communications standards, including UCSF digital, social media, and editorial policies. Additionally, they will assess and monitor effectiveness of the BHHI's digital communications (e-newsletter, social media, blog, webinars, and website).
