Reporting to the Executive Director, Principal Gift & Strategic Initiatives, the Analyst - Principal Gifts & Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for assisting with all activities managed by the Principal Gifts & Strategic Initiatives Unit, with a particular focus on pipeline development and management. He/she will also partner closely with the Director, Capital Initiatives to provide broad support underpinning several university priority capital initiatives. A functional emphasis will be placed on project management, data reporting/tracking and process management.
The Analyst - Principal Gifts & Strategic Initiatives will interface with a variety of teams across UDAR, including Information Services, Prospect Development, Special Events, Portfolio Teams, and Central Services. Successful candidates will have a very high attention to detail, the ability to understand and analyze and track donor data, and manage projects, timelines, and deliverables, while gathering input from a variety of constituencies, and managing multiple, high-level projects under tight deadlines.
