Primary duties will include coordinating and delivering student development and success programs and events that focus on developing the professional skill set of College of Engineering students. This position will demonstrate and use strengths in program and event planning to logistically plan, coordinate, and evaluate student development events and programs. Additionally, this position is expected to be an ambassador of the Engineering Student Services team and providing a professional first impression to the guests, visitors, and callers. The position will schedule appointments and maintain/update calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments. The position will create and print various documents, memos, mail, and reports and will assist with a variety of student services activities and functions.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in a student or development environment required. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student backgrounds necessary. Must have excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni and the general public regarding the functions and mission of the College of Engineering essential. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment required. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting prescribed or determined deadlines.
Two years of experience in a student or development environment preferred.
