Review of incident reports, case creation and assignment of cases as referred by DPS; liaison role to DPS Commander when charges or report information is missing or is incorrect. Coordinate various educational workshops (sanctions). Manage conflict resolution program including serving as a conflict coach to students who are having difficulty navigating conflict. Develop conflict assessment assignments and schedule follow up meetings with students.
Manage student walk-in; meet with students to explain the conduct process prior to case manager meetings as needed. Coordinate decision-making workshops including volunteer recruitment and training, content development of workshops and student scheduling and assessment. Coordinate scheduling of other sanction workshops including Options, Civility Workshop and Strengths Character Development workshop. Represent department at campus events including Parents Information Tent, Family Weekend, and Admitted Students Days.
