The Administrative Assistant will oversee and direct day-to-day office activities for the Nuclear Cardiology Physician and Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and Nuclear faculty
Coordinate activities related to education and/or teaching, conferences, lectures
Perform administering, purchasing, and personnel-related activities
Serve as a liaison with departmental, university, hospital, and external offices
Prepare responses for routine correspondence
Maintain and update files, and office supplies
Provide general office support
Other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in training, education and/or experience plus a minimum of two years related experience.
Strong internet computer skills required
Works under general direction and must possess strong organizational skills and independence
Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff is essential.
Participation in medical surveillance program.
Must successfully complete systems training requirements.
