The Kentucky men's basketball program requires assistance in the oversight and execution of all elements of the student-athlete's off-court experience. This position will be expected to prepare the student-athletes for personal, academic and professional success while adhering to all university, department, SEC & NCAA regulations. These elements include, but are not limited to, player welfare, community engagement, alumni relations and player branding. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and understanding changes in NCAA legislation and trends across college athletics to develop solutions and strategies that keep the University of Kentucky men's basketball program at the forefront of college basketball. Must comply with NCAA, SEC and UK policies, regulations and guidelines.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Master's Degree Preferred; 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment in collegiate or professional athletics focusing on player development.
