UK Philanthropy is currently seeking a Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy, the FCP Coordinator is an integral part of the FCP team. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing department operations for the FCP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting substantial prospect research to identify corporate and foundation prospects; compile in-depth research on existing prospects; and compile, analyze, and synthesize research on prospects for customized profiles and briefings. The coordinator will work in coordination with the Director and Associate Directors to edit compelling professional letters of inquiry, proposals, concept papers, reports, and other materials. In addition, s/he will coordinate and track the progress of all pending, submitted, and funded letters of intent/interest, proposals, and related materials. A keen sense of detail to maintain database records and a vetted list of categorized funding opportunities to share with faculty and staff is integral to the success of the coordinator. The FCP Coordinator will work cooperatively as a member of the Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy team to promote a positive work environment and model excellent customer service.
Technical experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and data entry. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively and persuasively.
