The Yale University School of Medicine seeks applicants for a Residency Program Director. This position will carry an academic appointment in the Yale Department of Psychiatry at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
The Program Director will implement the ACGME requirements for Psychiatry Residency Training programs utilizing the program core values, guiding principles, and priorities of the program and department. The Program Director will work with four affiliated institutions (Connecticut Mental Health Center, VA-Connecticut, Yale Health, and Yale-New Haven Hospital/YPH) to implement the program. The program director will be responsible for resident recruitment, onboarding, and assessment and will develop, implement, and evaluate the clinical and didactic curriculum, which includes neuroscience and social justice, and health equity themes.
