Performs duties necessary to monitor and coordinate all activities of all payroll staff. Develops and oversees all tasks necessary to accomplish the College's payroll processing objectives to include: tax reporting, payroll systems maintenance, printing paychecks and direct deposits, payment of independent contractors, reimbursing employees of expenditures and verifying disability payments; bills and maintains accounts receivable system for retirees and emloyees on Family Medical Leave and leave of absence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and over three years of relevant full-time experience.
Prefer experience leading a payroll department in a large, complex organization.
