Strategically partners with the Director of EMBA Admissions and the admissions leadership team in all aspects of the admissions process contributing to attracting world-class candidates to come to Kellogg. This role will serve as a thought leader to help design, plan, execute, and launch continuous efforts to maintain and improve Kellogg's competitiveness. This includes driving and supporting strategic outreach, evaluation and yield related activities. This role will be based in Evanston and will require an ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Markets the Kellogg School of Management and embodies the brand at all times
Serves as a Kellogg ambassador through all interactions with prospective students and key stakeholders (current students, Kellogg staff, professors, alumni, etc.)
Coaches and guides prospective students throughout the application process and responds to program inquiries through multiple platforms
Plans and drives recruiting, and yield events and engages in corporate outreach. This includes coordinating logistics, securing volunteers, developing content, and presenting to large audiences
Participates in all aspects of the selection process for the Executive MBA program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating applications, and delivering decisions
Participates in and drives cross-functional, cross-program projects focused on enhancing the Kellogg experience
Runs and analyzes reports, designs surveys and analyzes findings to report results, spot trends, and identify improvement opportunities
Updates and monitors systems to maintain up-to-date candidate and current student data
Collaborates with the Marketing & Communications Team to design and execute marketing and communications campaigns and to monitor results
Collaborates with the Registration & Records Team and the Student Affairs Team to support the transition of incoming students and related events
Collaborates with the Information Technology Team to identify technical issues, and to design technical enhancements to the application, website and various systems as needed
Supports various administrative tasks (maintaining files, distributing marketing materials, distributing candidate decision packages, etc) as necessary
Please note: Ability to work some weekends and evenings as needed; flexibility in schedule required for managing peaks periods throughout the year.
Participate in all aspects of the selection process for the Executive MBA program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating applications, and delivering decisions.
Collaborate with the broader Kellogg Admissions Team, cross-functional departments, cross-program staff, and key stakeholders (students, professors, alumni, etc.) to design, plan and implement strategies to attract, select and yield the highest quality MBA candidates.
Plan, organize and drive domestic and or international events and activities to attract and yield prospective students.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Team to design and execute marketing and communications campaigns and to monitor results
Manage ongoing relationship management and participates in all aspects of the recruitment process. Has extensive one-on-one contact with prospective students via in person interactions, and phone and email correspondence to respond to program inquiries and provide support throughout the application process. Serves as the “face” of Kellogg for the Evanston campus. Delivers an integrated program to support candidate’s decision to choose to attend Kellogg vs. other options. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase program visibility and support.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.
4+ years of admissions experience and/or similar experience in marketing/recruitment or a similar field. Significant experience in a business management/leadership role.
Confident, energetic, professional presenting in front of large groups.
