A postdoctoral or more senior research position in a cross-disciplinary area of RF/mmWave/Terahertz integrated circuits and systems, phased arrays, antennas/metasurfaces, and optimization methods and/or machine learning is available. Candidates will work in this cross-disciplinary research area that intersects complex RF ICs, electromagnetics, antennas, and techniques in optimization methods, and machine learning. Ph.D. is required. Experience in one or more areas of those listed is preferred. Appointments will be for one year, with possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance.
