The College of Medicine Office of Administration is currently seeking a College Business Operations Administrator to provide college-wide leadership and ensure consistency and compliance around critical business activities across the research and academic units within the college. This position will report directly to the Assistant Dean for Administration and will have primary responsibility for continued development and oversight of departmental and college processes for critical business functions including account reconciliation, internal controls, travel, and procurement.
This position will be fully remote with the occasional need to travel to campus for meetings or similar events.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals across the college and university, ability to develop and implement successful college-wide processes, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience with purchasing, account reconciliation, travel and implementation of strong internal controls.
