The Center for Health Equity Transformation is seeking a Program Manager to assist in the implementation of multiple health equity-related research projects. This position will entail managing daily research operations (patient recruitment, IRB coordination, data entry, manuscript preparation, budgeting, supervising study staff) for ongoing and newly developing research studies related to substance use, rural health, and telehealth. The Program Manager must be able to interact effectively with patients in clinical settings, recruit participants both in-person and remotely, work comfortably with new technologies and smartphones, and have strong research and time management skills.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Master's degree preferred (Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, or related field); Experience with recruiting participants, IRB coordination, manuscript writing, database management, and survey design
