Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of Lymphoma Oncology treatment and follow-up.
Assess Oncology patients in an ambulatory setting.
Perform patient assessment and offer patient education and symptom management
Administer IV hydration, electrolyte replacement, and medication administration
Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum
Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
New York State RN license
1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required
1.5 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred
Hours : Full time, 4 x 10 hour shifts flexed Monday-Friday
