Help change the direction of MBA applicants’ lives by joining a collaborative team in NYU Stern’s MBA Admissions Office. The Associate Director will manage the admissions and recruitment efforts for the two-year Full-Time MBA Program, Andrew Koo Tech MBA and Fashion & Luxury MBA with a focus on planning and executing on- and off-campus in-person and virtual recruitment and yield events, including arrangements for event space, catering and travel. The Associate Director will analyze admissions and event data, create reports for program and School-wide use; evaluate effectiveness of current recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements. The Associate Director will also perform core MBA Admissions functions including reviewing applications, interviewing prospective students, conducting information sessions, hosting and participating in recruiting events and contributing to discussions regarding enrollment management.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA or master’s degree preferred) or equivalent. 3 years' relevant admissions, enrollment management, recruiting, event planning or marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively promote Stern and its MBA programs. Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data.
