Oversees the research operations in the Department of Family Medicine. Assists with personnel hiring and oversight. Strategically identifies potential grant opportunities, works to identify potential investigators and supports with the grant application process. Create and maintain the infrastructure for research policies and procedures in the Department of Family Medicine. Oversees fiscal matters related to grants and research. Assists with compliance issues. Strengthens internal and external relationships through collaboration and strategic partnerships locally and statewide.
