Jefferson College is seeking a part-time Help Desk Assistant to support the Office of Online Learning. Responsibilities include assisting students, faculty and staff with technical issues in MS Office, browsers, the Learning Management System (LMS), and general College related questions. Logs the interactions into the Help Desk log database. Communicates with instructors and department staff when appropriate regarding possible issues that need to be addressed in the course or with the LMS. Will also work in the Academic Success Center CIS lab to provide similar support to students.
Compensation: $12.04 per hour; Jefferson College offers tuition waiver which is applied to both credit and CE classes up to a maximum of six (6) credit hours per semester for the employee only.
