The scheduling coordinator is responsible for scheduling patient surgeries for the Beverly Hills Clinic. He/she is also responsible for communicating, utilizing the computer system to access and enter patient data, and providing clerical functions for the department. Verifies patient insurance and pre-certifies patientâs scheduled surgeries.Â Provides physician fee estimates to patients. Must work with any and every physician in the Beverly Hills Clinic.Â Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:â¢High School Graduate or equivalent.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢1 year experience in health care setting preferred.Required License/Certification:â¢Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
