The Sr. Director, Strategic Initiatives & Program Management will lead a dynamic team, coaching staffâs productivity and growth while promoting new initiatives and positive change for processes across the University. This role will function as a partner for HR, Equity, and Compliance colleagues and oversee all aspects of the business unit strategic roadmap in various units in alignment with HR, Equity, and Compliance and University strategy. The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Program Management will own the creation and maintenance of new strategies and provide a program plan to advance projects that make USC a dynamic, innovative leader in higher education strategy. This individual will partner with diverse stakeholders across the organization to provide thoughtful recommendations for efficiency and continuous improvement projects. The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Program Management will prioritize service excellence, strategic vision and innovation in all responsibilities, ensuring USCâs plan for a successful future. Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, or another related field.
10 or more years of experience in one or more of the following fields: human resources, business administration, business strategy, project management.
Experience developing strategic plans and roadmaps and aligningÂ resources to meet established organizational objectives.Â Â
