Provide high level administrative support for multiple Vice Provosts: support calendars, travel, mailings, setup/cleanup of meetings for Vice Provosts. This position works closely with senior leadership in the Office of the Provost offering support with programming, projects, and events. This position requires high-level time management skills, substantial and reasonable judgment, capacity to prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
The ability to travel to on- and off-campus locations is required, as is the ability to work extra hours as needed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice Provosts: Â Manage calendars and scheduling.Â Anticipate and ensure that all meeting details, confirmations, and back-up materials are in order.Â Create presentations, manage correspondence, and processes all travel expense reports. Interact regularly with university leadership, faculty, staff, and students on behalf of the Provostâ™s office, and represent the Provostâ™s office in a professional and organized manner.
Support the Provostâ™s office as needed with committees, programming, and calendaring.Â Ensure that clear proficient communications/updates are sent out on a timely manner.Â Manage timelines and track project and programming deadlines.Â Prioritize projects and anticipate any obstacles.
Manage logistics and provide administrative support to Provost Office functions as needed.
Partner with the Executive Assistant and the Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Provost on special projects assigned by the administration.
Assist as needed with monitoring and ordering office supplies, office maintenance and other facility needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

$19.56 - $30.35 / HourlyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
