Location: Hyde Park Campus
Provide analytical and operational support to the Afghan Heritage Mapping Project
Responsible for satellite and GIS data analysis as assigned by AHMP Project Manager in alignment with grant priorities
Collaboratively maintain database and project-related information as supports the compliance with grant terms and in compliance with sponsor policies.
Support AHMP Project Manager in attaining grant-specified goals by carrying out grant-related activity as assigned.
Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens. Conducts literature reviews. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents
Performs other related work as needed.
Experience with GIS and satellite data management related to Afghanistan's cultural heritage sites or more broadly in Central Asia.
Works independently to support team goals on strict deadline.
