Recruitment Coordinator Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support HR/Recruitment administartive functions to include developming communications, conduciting research, generating and analyzing reports within the HR Organization to support strategic initiatives.
Assist in crafting effective job content
Assist in the posting job requisitions to the organization's Career Site, as well as external job boards.
Arranging talent assessment tests and follow-ups (deadline & review)
Requesting candidate professional references and follow-ups
Sending correspondence to candidates during the recruiting process: interview confirmations, necessary applicant documents, electronically sending offers and various follow-ups to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Maintain recruiting reports/dashboards and trackers
Record all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
Communicate quickly, professionally, and efficiently by scheduling phone screens and virtual interviews for a team of recruiters
Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
Ensures seamless communication at every stage of the recruiting process
Keep up-to-date with regulatory topics and make sure processes are compliant
Other duties as assigned

High School/GED required
2 years administrative experience required
2 years experience in Human Resources required
2 years experience in recruitment highly preferred
