Provide executive-level administrative support to the University Provost, under the direction of the Chief of Staff. Responsible for managing and prioritizing the Provost's schedule to ensure necessary meeting preparation/briefings and that time is appropriately allocated to key objectives. In addition, arrange and manage travel for the Provost, including reimbursement processing. Serve as primary back-up to full-time receptionist, sharing responsibility for staffing the Provosts Office front desk. Report to the Chief of Staff who is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Provosts Office; work closely with the Deputy Chief of Staff on additional projects in support of the Provosts Office.
